What angle of vision do I need?

A wider angle, such as 180° or 200°, gives a fuller view of your doorstep. Glass lenses generally offer a clearer image than plastic.

Will it fit my door thickness?

Each viewer suits a range of door thicknesses. Check the stated range before ordering, and use an extension sleeve where a door is thicker than standard.

Can I fit a viewer to a fire door?

Fire doors require a viewer with an intumescent liner that expands in heat to maintain the door's integrity. Choose a fire-rated viewer suited to the door's rating.
