Which spindle do I need?

Spindles are usually 8mm square and sold by length. Split or heso spindles let you set the exact length for thicker doors or sprung handles.

Can I get spare keys cut?

Blank keys are available for many mortice and fire brigade locks. Match the blank to your lock's key profile reference, then have it cut to your existing key.

What is in a fixing pack?

Fixing packs contain the correct bolts and screws for a specific handle or lever range, so worn or missing fixings can be replaced like for like.
