Delivery Policy

Free delivery is available on orders that exceed £100, BEFORE VAT is applied (excluding areas outside UK Mainland). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery from date of dispatch. This will need to be signed for on delivery.

Allow 3-5 Working days for delivery from date of dispatch - Orders will be sent using our delivery partner. This will need to be signed for on delivery and will cost £7.50.

Certain Products and Brands charge more for shipping and is often attributed to the weight of the item and/or the location from which it is shipped. We do our best to keep shipping to a minimum and as a business we do not profit of the shipping costs at all we simply price out what we are charged for a safe, fast, reliable service.

 

Delivery's outside UK Mainland

We Delivery to outside the UK Mainland. At the check out we have provided a shipping calculator that gives you a price based on the weight of your order. For orders over 30kg you will be unable to check out online so please give us a call to quote you a price. We can then take a payment over the phone or send you an invoice to by card, PayPal and all of our other payment gateways. 

  

International Delivery

If you require an order to be dispatched to France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, USA or Australia then the cost will be confirmed on the screen when you place the order. If we are unable to provide an on screen price for a country not listed above then please e-mail us and request a delivery charge specific to your order and address – this will keep your cost down to a minimum as we will obtain a specific price for your order from our International courier.
