What happens if I am not completely happy with my goods?

Here at we operate a Customer Focused Returns Policy so its easy. Follow the simple steps mapped out below should you have any issue with your purchase and we will refund you within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

  • 1. Please notify us in writing and within your statutory 14 days from the goods arriving that you wish to make a return, you then have up to 14 days to return the goods to Lovehandles. Please email us via giving us the details of what it is you wish to return and why including your invoice number. Please note only goods returned within the statutory 14 day period will be subject to a full refund, if the goods arrive after this you will be subjected to a handling charge of 40%. Finally any received goods requested to be returned to us  unless faulty after the 14 days will not be accepted as returns or refunded.


  • 2. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged, with parts missing or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund which also includes damage in transit which remains the responsibility of the purchaser until we have signed and confirmed receipt in good condition. Please make sure our return note, which was enclosed with the original delivery is completed in full. This will aid us in processing your refund efficently. 


  • 3. The cost of returning goods are the customers responsibility and should be returned via a tracked method. Always remember to keep a copy of your proof of posting should there be any hold up in the postal system. will process your refund less the cost of the original delivery.

  • 4. Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt. Your credit/debit card will be refunded with the original amount paid less charges as detailed in point 3. Delivery charges on the original order will not be refunded.


Any product which is marked as tailor made (bespoke), pesonalised or a non stock item can not be returned and will not, unfortunately be refundable. Please check and ensure that the product is correct at the point of order to avoid unnecessary cost to yourself, we will of course be happy to assist in your choice of product.


Please check your goods thoroughly on delivery and advise us of any missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty products within 14 working days. We will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods and the cost of the carriage. We will also refund any costs paid by you for returning faulty or damaged products to us. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
