Our Return and Refund Policy
What happens if I want to return my order?
We operate a customer focused 14 day returns policy so it's easy! Just follow the simple steps mapped out below.
- 1. Please notify us in writing at Support@lovehandles.uk.com that you wish to make a return including your order number and the reason for the return. You have up to 14 days from the day you received the products to return the goods to Lovehandles. The cut off will be at 3pm on the 14th day so that we are able to approve it and respond. If any goods are returned after the 14 day return window and we accept it, you will be subjected to a handling charge of 40%. Please do not send any items back before contacting the team.
- 2. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If the items arrive back damaged, with parts missing, or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund. This also includes damage in transit, which remains the responsibility of the purchaser until we have signed and confirmed receipt in good condition. Please make sure our return note, which was enclosed with the original delivery is completed in full. This will aid us in processing your refund efficiently.
- 3. The cost of returning goods are the customers responsibility and should be returned via a tracked method. Always remember to keep a copy of your return receipt should there be any hold up in the postal system.
- 4. Once the products have been received into our warehouse, they will be checked over and brought up to our Lovehandles Team who will be in contact regarding your refund. We will process your refund less the cost of the original delivery within 15 days of receipt, please allow 5-7 working days for this to transfer back into your account.

Any product which is marked as tailor made (bespoke), personalised or a non stock item can not be returned and will not, unfortunately be refundable. Please check and ensure that the product is correct at the point of order to avoid unnecessary cost to yourself. We will of course be happy to assist in your choice of product.
Please note: Cylinder orders are bespoke and non-returnable.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please check your goods thoroughly on delivery and advise us of any missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty products within 14 working days from delivery. We will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods and the cost of the carriage. We will also refund any costs paid by you for returning faulty or damaged products to us. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
