The ABUS TITALIUM™ 82TI Series Padlock delivers outstanding high-security performance and exceptional attack resistance in a remarkably lightweight package, making it an excellent choice for demanding commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications where weight is a consideration without compromising protection. Built from TITALIUM™ special aluminium — a proprietary high-strength, low-weight alloy — and fitted with a 12 mm hardened special steel sliding bolt shackle that rotates under attack, the 82TI Series combines the proven monoblock security architecture of the 82 Series with the significant weight advantages of TITALIUM™ construction.

Designed with a hardened steel pin protecting the narrow side of the lock body against saw attacks, and a precision pin tumbler cylinder with a high number of key differs, the 82TI Series provides dependable high-security protection where conventional padlocks fall short. The automatic locking function allows convenient locking without a key, and the keyed alike option provides flexibility for multi-lock installations. Purpose-designed for applications including roller shutters, large containers, warehouses, garages, lorries, and high-security perimeter gates, the 82TI/70 delivers serious security at a fraction of the weight of traditional brass monoblock padlocks.
