Yes. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@lovehandles.uk.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, we cannot take back keys & cylinders made to order or bespoke items. We'll arrange a return and refund or exchange.

The outside lever handle will retract the latch after a correct code is entered. The spring loaded latchbolt will lock automatically when the door is closed. To achieve the fire rating these digital locks must be fitted with the appropriate intumescent pack, please see associated products.
