The ABUS TITALIUM™ 96TI Series Padlock delivers an exceptional combination of high-security performance, lightweight TITALIUM™ construction, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for demanding indoor and outdoor applications where both strength and weight are critical considerations. Built from TITALIUM™ special aluminium alloy — a proprietary high-strength, low-weight alloy — and fitted with a hardened steel shackle featuring NANO PROTECT™ plating for extreme corrosion resistance, the 96TI Series provides serious high-security protection while remaining remarkably light in use.

Designed with a high precision reversible keyway offering up to 150,000 key differs and a paracentric keyway profile for increased protection against picking and manipulation, the 96TI Series provides dependable protection against both common and advanced attack methods. Closed shackle (CS) variants feature an integrated shackle guard for additional protection against bolt cutter and lever attacks, and the automatic locking function allows convenient locking without a key. Both 50 mm and 60 mm body sizes are available in standard open and closed shackle configurations, with a uniform key type across all variants simplifying key management across mixed installations.
