The ABUS TITALIUM™ 86TI Series Padlock delivers an outstanding combination of lightweight high-security construction and exceptional corrosion resistance, purpose-built for installations requiring a half euro profile cylinder for seamless integration into existing key systems. Built from TITALIUM™ special aluminium alloy — a proprietary high-strength, low-weight alloy — and fitted with a hardened steel shackle featuring NANO PROTECT™ plating, the 86TI Series provides serious security performance while remaining remarkably light in use.

Designed for use with a half euro profile cylinder 10/30 (40 mm) supplied separately, the 86TI Series allows master key and key retaining functionality to be determined by the euro cylinder fitted, providing outstanding flexibility for complex key management installations. The 86TIIB variants feature a stainless steel shackle for superior marine-grade corrosion resistance, and the 86TI/55 can be set to key retaining by adjusting the cam to 45 degrees. Standard and long shackle (HB) variants across both 45 mm and 55 mm body sizes ensure the 86TI Series covers a broad range of indoor, outdoor, and marine applications.
