The Project Tubular Latch is a robust, fire-rated latch solution designed for high-use residential and commercial doors. Featuring a guided latch bolt and adjustable strike, the latch delivers smooth, consistent operation and reliable alignment over long-term use.

Successfully tested to BS EN 12209:2003 / AC:2005 and BS EN 1634-1, this latch is suitable for use on FD30 and FD60 timber fire doors. Supplied complete with strike plate and dust box, it is backed by a 10-year mechanical guarantee for added assurance.
