Yes. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@lovehandles.uk.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, we cannot take back keys & cylinders made to order or bespoke items. We'll arrange a return and refund or exchange.

The Hands Free Pull Handle is a hygienic door pull solution designed to minimise hand contact by allowing doors to be opened using the forearm or elbow. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it helps reduce the spread of germs, bacteria, viruses, and infection, making it ideal for healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, schools, and other high-traffic environments.
Available with either a cast body or pressed body construction, and in both bolt-fix and face-fix mounting options, this hands-free pull handle offers flexible installation to suit a variety of door applications. Bolt-fix models are supplied with 2 × M4 x 60mm bolts and can be paired together to create a back-to-back pull handle set.
