How we Deliver your order?

All our Customers Orders will be sent on our 24 Hour Courier Service or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Our Courier will require a signature when he delivers the goods to you. If you are unable to be available for our courier then please give us a call and we can make alternative arrangements.

Some small package orders may be sent via Standard 1st Class post and if so will not require a signature.

If you wish you can leave special delivery instructions when you go through the on line ordering process. If you do not leave any special instructions and you are out when the courier arrives they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or how to collect in person.

All our deliveries are covered by our insurance but only until the consignee has signed for them on delivery. Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.

How long does it take to deliver your order?

In most cases we carry stock of the products advertised on our web site and these are despatched either the same day or the following day. However as we do offer a huge choice of products with many products specially designed or manufactured for us and for this reason cannot always guarantee we will have stock of every product so we would ask you to check when placing your order if time is of the essence for your delivery or you are unsure of the product availability.

We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding UK bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when you place your order. We can offer Saturday and Guaranteed AM deliveries to most UK destinations for an additional delivery charge. Call us on 0151 707 6858 for more information.

Should your order fail to arrive.

If we have despatched your order and our couriers have attempted delivery they will leave a card explaining how and where you can arrange to collect your parcel. Please arrange to do this as soon as possible as otherwise your parcel will be returned to LoveHandles.uk.com.

What if we don’t have all your order?

In some cases you may have ordered a number of product lines and some may have longer delivery times than others. We would normally wait until the whole order was complete and ready to ship before despatching to you however, should you wish us to ship the product we have available and then complete the shipment when the balance of product is available to us then please advise on placing your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

* Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 exc VAT (except Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland where standard rates below apply)

Delivery to the UK Mainland is charged at £8.00 plus VAT
Delivery to the Isle of Wight is charged at £25.00 inc VAT
Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland or to the Scottish Islands at £25.00 inc VAT.
Delivery to the Isle of Man is £25.00 inc VAT
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £25.00 inc VAT

International Despatches

If you require our product to be sent to any country or region other than the UK then please call us or e mail us and request a delivery charge specific to your order and address – this will keep your cost down to a minimum as we will obtain a specific price for your order from our International courier.
